Sport course special balance

Accompanied, Fitness, Fitness in Allevard

  • Work on your balance at Espace Forme d'Allevard-les-Bains and get used to be aware of your posture and balance on a daily basis. Wednesdays are dedicated to seniors, while Fridays are for advanced levels.

  • We often lose it without even realizing it, our steps aren't as firm and our positions wobble. Don't panic, the sports educators will be on hand to help you improve your balance with two programmed sessions for different levels.
