    The first large bedroom has 2 single beds and a study area. The second has a comfortable double bed, desk area and armchair.

    There's also access to the garden, with a dining area and garden furniture, and a private courtyard in front of the house for parking. You'll also be able to use a room for your various equipment.

    During your stay :

    The owners are not on site, but will be present for your arrival and departure, and will also be available by phone for advice.

    Many activities are available, including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding (paragliding school: Allevard-les-Bains), hiking, trail running and fishing. You can set off directly from the house on foot (or by mountain bike) without taking the car. You can also sign up for wellness packages (spa, sauna, massage, etc.) and a fitness area with a coach at the Allevard thermal baths.
    There's also a casino and cinema in Allevard.

    In winter, you can go downhill skiing at the Collet d'Allevard ski resort or at 7Laux-Pleynet, 15km away, which also offers night skiing. Ski touring and cross-country skiing at Crêt du Poulet (or La Feclaz).

    There's plenty to do for children: swimming in Allevard, Lac de Détrier (3 km) or Lac de la Mirande, accrobranche in St Pierre d'Allevard, horse and pony riding at La Mirande, or summer tobogganing at Le Pleynet...
